[LG] Global HR Specialist
■ Position Overview
- Job Title: Global HR Specialist
- Organization: HQ Global HR Department
■ Responsibilities and Duties
- Global HRM Operation for overseas subsidiaries (100+)
. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests from global subsidiaries
. Provide support in developing and operating global HR processes and systems
(eg, Talent Management, Performance Management, C&B, etc.)
. Coordinate ‘Global Leadership Team’ operation management
- Center of HR communication for overseas subsidiaries
. Develop communication material for overseas HR process from HQ to subsidiaries
. Provide support and assistant to Global HR VP in terms of communication
- Global HR Task/Project Involvement
■ Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor Degree +
- Major : Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in HRM is a plus
- Job Experience: 3 – 7 years of experience in HRM or related field is preferred
- Language: Native or Fluent English is required; Korean is a plus
Others
- Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedure
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and result driven approach
- Positive attitude to work in diverse cultural environments
