[문화행사]국제학생 수원지역여행 및 화성문화축제 참석안내
국제학생을 위한 수원여행
* 주 최: 경기관광협회
* 진 행: 국제학생회(ISF)
* 일 시: 2010년 10월 9일(토) 오전 9시 - 오후 6시
* 차량출발: 지하철 2, 4호선 사당역, 1번 출구
(1번 출구 앞에 버스가 대기하고 있으며, 8시 40분까지 와야 합니다.)
* 일 정: 연무대 활쏘기 체험(조선왕조 군사훈련소)→ 화성열차→ 전통줄타기 관람→ 점심→ 화성행궁→ 공연관람→ 시민퍼레이드
※ 현지 사정에 따라 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다.
* 참가인원: 국제학생 80명 (선착순 마감)
* 참가비: 5천원 (차량, 점심, 입장료, 여행자보험 포함)
* 참가신청: 10월 6일(수)까지 김신한 간사님께 신청해주세요.

* 신청절차
1)신청자는 학교, (여권상의) 이름, 국적, 성별, 생년월일, 전화번호를 이 메일로 보내주세요.
2)참가허가가 나면 아래계좌로 참가비를 납입해주세요.

★ 주의 사항
1) 참가 허락이 된 분들은 반드시 가야 합니다. 여행 중간에 돌아갈 수 없습니다.
2) 참가 허가 후 안가는 경우 다른 사람이 대신 갈 수 없습니다.
3) 참가허가 후 참가비를 바로 내야하며, 안 갈 경우 참가비를 돌려주지 않습니다.

Suwon Fam Tour for Int'l students
* Host: Gyeonggi Tourism Association
* Supervision: International Student Fellowship(ISF)
* Date: 2010. 10. 9(Sat) 09:00 am - 18:00 pm
* Meeting Place: Subway Line 2, 4 Sadang(사당) station, gate #1. (A bus will be waiting for you in front of the gate #1, and you should be there by 8:40 am)
* Schedule: Yeonmu-Dae(Army training center of Chosun Dynasty) Archery Experience → Taking Hwasung Traditional Train → Fightrope dancing → Lunch → Hwasunghaeng-Gung(Palace) → Watching Performance → Citizen Parade
※The schedule could be changed according to the situation.
* The number of participants: 80 only (First come, first served)
* Fee: 5,000 won (Including transportation, lunch, entrance fee, travel insurance)

* How to apply?
1) Please send us an e-mail with your school name, full name(on passport), nationality, gender, birth year and date and mobile phone number.
2) After receiving a reply at your e-mail address, please send the fee to one of the accounts as follows:

★ Please keep in mind!
1) Once you register, you should join the tour. You can't go back during the tour.
2) No other people can go to the tour instead of you because the policy for tour requires that every visitor should be identified beforehand.
3) You need to send us the tour fee right after your e-mail has been replied, and the fee is not refundable.
