Application for Student ID Card
<Application for Student ID Card>
1. For 2020-1 Freshmen & Transferred Students
2. Application Period : 2020. 02. 21(Fri) ~ 2020. 04. 07.(Tue) for banking card /
2020. 02. 21(Fri) ~ 2020. 03. 27.(Fri) for non-banking card
3. How to apply
① Student ID card with credit card function(IC card)
- Application form, a photograph(3*4cm), a copy of ARC, a copy of passport
② Student ID card without credit card function
- Application form, a photograph(3*4cm), a copy of ARC/passport
※Alien Registration number should match with personal information on school system
(If not, modify your personal information on INFO21)
※If you do not submit the application form, student card will not be issued. Submit the letter during designated period.
※For non-banking card, you can submit the application form via e-mail(globalcenter@khu.ac.kr)
※Students in isolation can apply for student ID card after isolation period for banking card. (For non-banking card, submit the form via e-mail mentioned above)
4. Where to apply : I.S.S.S. office (1st floor, Chengwoon Building) - only for undergraduate
5. Where to get the card:
-Banking card: Hana bank(1st floor, Chengwoon building)
※Please bring your ID for identification
-Non-banking card: I.S.S.S office (1st floor, Chengwoon building)
※SMS will be sent for pick up
6. Notes
- Please apply for the student ID card within the period. Otherwise, the way of applying will be changed and it will take more time to get the card.
