충무아트센터 외국인 공연장안내원 모집
1. 자격요건
○ D-2, D-4 비자 소지한 외국인 유학생
○ 영어, 중국어, 일본어 중 1개 국어 이상 가능자
○ 한국어 능통자 (High level of Korean proficiency)
○ 3개월 이상 장기근무 가능자 우대 (최대 11개월 근무 가능)
○ 친절하고 적극적인 서비스가 가능한 자
○ 성실하고 책임감이 강하며 공연 문화에 관심이 있는 자
○ 유니폼을 착용하고 단정한 태도로 근무 가능한 자
○ 갈등을 차분하게 규칙에 따라 해결할 수 있는 능력
○ 공연장 에티켓, 규칙, 의전, 아트센터 시설물 운영, 정책 관련한 지식이 있으면 가산점 부여
2. 주요 업무
○ 공연장 내에서 최고의 관객서비스를 제공하기 위한 책임감을 가지고 관객의 안전을 관리한다.
○ 객석 안내 및 질서를 유지한다.
○ 공연진행 및 입장 티켓을 확인한다.
○ 공연장 규칙에 따르고 공연장에 대한 기본 정보를 제공하며 장애를 가진 관객을 돕는다.
○ 비상 상황 시 관객을 출구로 안내하고 응급 상황이 발생했을 때 반드시 다른 동료들과 빠르고 효율적으로 행동하여 적절한 소통을 해야 한다.
3. 근무시간 및 급여
○ 공연일정에 따라 협의하여 매달 스케줄 근무하며, 공연일정은 충무아트센터 홈페이지를 참고해주세요.
○ 근무시간 : 공연 1시간 30분전 ~ 공연 종료 30분 후
공연 일정에 따라 주말 포함 주 4일 이상 근무 가능한 자
○ 급 여
신입안내원(수습기간 2개월) 시급 7530원
건강보험, 산재보험 가입
4. 모집방법
○ 1차 서류전형

○ 1차 서류 결과 발표 : 2018년 7월 10일
○ 2차 면접 일정 : 2018년 7월 11일 수요일 ~ 2018년 7월 12일 목요일 (1차 서류 합격자에 한해 개별 전화 통보)
○ 최종 합격자 발표 : 2018년 7월 13일 금요일 (최종합격자에 한해 개별 전화 통보)
○ 최종합격자 준비 서류 : 여권 사본, 외국인등록증 사본, 외국인유학생 시간제취업확인서, 체류자격 외 활동허가서 등 최종 합격 시 제출 (합격 후 자세히 안내 예정)
○ 교육 일정 : 2018년 7월 17일 화요일 ~ 2018년 7월 19일 목요일 (변경 될 수도 있음)
○ 정식 근무 시작일 : 2018년 7월 20일 금요일 예정

Chungmu Arts Center foreigner House Usher recruitment
The Chungmu Art Center is offering several excellent part-time House usher opportunities as part of our customer services department.
Our House ushers require outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities consist of providing excellent customer service to all customers inside the musical theater including providing basic information about the facilities, assisting customers with disabilities, enforcing art center policy inside the hall, and overseeing the general safety of customers.
We are looking for people with the following attributes
•Friendly, approachable demeanor.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Bilingual (Korean and Mother tongue): High level of Korean proficiency, Speak in English is a plus.
•Handle any other tasks or projects to ensure that shows and the tour run smoothly.
•Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and enforce the policies of the Chungmu art center.
•Plan schedules for staff, ensuring that all employees supervised maintain an ethical conduct and wearing an uniform and a high standard of customer service.
•Perform emergency measures inside the theater if needed, ensuring proper communications with other departments in order to react quickly and efficiently.
•Guide guests to exits and ensure the safety of customers through the proper implementation and enforcement of emergency and evacuation procedures.
•Ensure that customers are satisfied and comfortable during all events.
•Knowledge of theater etiquette, standards and protocol, performing arts center facilities, policies, and organization is a plus.
•Guide patrons to appropriate theater levels and to their correct seats.
•Weekend and holiday availability is required : you can work 4 days per week.
•Only work for up to 11 months.
Work Days/Hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 18:30pm - 23:00pm
Wednesday: 1:30pm - 23:00pm
Saturday: 1:30pm - 22:30pm
Friday: 12:30pm – 21:30pm
Schedules are done on a monthly basis.
