【비자대행】 2021년 9월 비자대행 신청 안내 Visa application
외국인지원팀에서는 외국인 학생들의 편의를 위해 체류기간 연장 대행 서비스를 실시하고 있습니다. (대행 수수료 별도 있음)
서울캠퍼스에 재학하는 학생이라면 모두 신청가능하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

3. 외국인등록증 원본

5. 표준입학허가서
6. 교육비 납입증명서
7. 최종학력 입증서류
8. 은행잔고증명서 (2,400만원 이상)
9. 어학당 재학 또는 수료증명서
10. 어학당 전과정 출석 및 성적증명서
11. 부동산 계약서 사본
12. 사유서 (해당자만)
* 베트남 국적 학생들은 고등학교 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서를 추가 제출해야함.
※ 주의사항
1. D-2 변경신청자
- 사유서 제출자 (어학당 재학생: 최근 체류허가기간 내 출석률70% 미만)
2. 부동산계약서
- 친구명의로 계약된 부동산에 거주하는 경우: 부동산계약서 + 친구 신분증 앞뒷면 복사본 + 거주숙소제공확인서 제출
- 기숙사 혹은 고시원 거주자: 기숙사 혹은 고시원 관리자에게 숙소제공 확인서 발급 후 제출
- 외국인등록증 뒷면의 주소와 제출한 부동산계약서의 주소와 동일하여야 함.
3. 사유서 작성 방법

※ 주의사항
1. D-2 연장신청자
- 은행잔고증명서와 사유서는 직전학기 혹은 전체학기 평균성적이 2.0미만인 학생의 경우 제출
- 논문 혹은 학점의 문제로 졸업이 연장된 학생의 경우 지도교수 확인서와 사유서 제출 (지도교수 확인서에는 지도교수와 외국인유학생 담당자 날인필)

- 친구명의로 계약된 부동산에 거주하는 경우 :부동산계약서 + 친구 신분증 앞뒷면 복사본 + 거주숙소제공확인서 제출

[Submission document]
1. An application form and letter of attorney (visit after writing attachment)
2. Copy of passport
3. Original alien registration card
4. Photo (with white background, 3.5*4.5cm)
5. Certificate of admission
6. A tuition fee payment
7. Final education certification
8. Bank balance certificate (over 24 million won)
9. Certificate of enrollment or completion by language school
10. A transcript by language school (attendance rate)
11. A copy of lease contract
12. Reason (relevant person only)
* Vietnamese students must submit high school graduation certificate and transcripts additionally.
※ Precautions
1. Applicant who want to change to D-2
- Statement of reasons: For language school students whose average attendance rate is less than 70 percent in the previous semester
2. Real Estate Contract
- If you live in a real estate contracted under friend's name: Real estate contract + front and back copies of friend's ID card + residence certificate
- Dormitory or Goshiwon resident: Submit a certificate of accommodation provided by manager
- The address on the back of the alien registration card and the address of the submitted real estate contract should be the same.
3. How to prepare a statement of reasons
- Write the reason of poor performance in Korean(handwriting).

※ Precautions
1. D-2 Extension
- Bank balance certificates and reasons are only for students with an average score of less than 2.0 in the previous semester or the entire semester.
- For students whose graduation has been extended due to issues with their graduation thesis or credits, submit a certificate from a guidance professor and statement of reasons (The certificate from a guidance professor should have signature from the guidance professor and an officer in charge of international students)
2. Real Estate Contract
- If you live in a real estate contracted under friend's name: Real estate contract + front and back copies of friend's ID card + residence certificate
- Dormitory or Goshiwon resident: Submit a certificate of accommodation provided by manager
- The address on the back of the alien registration card and the address of the submitted real estate contract should be the same.
