2021 Spring Semester Academic Encouragement Scholarship
1. Scholarship title: Academic Encouragement Scholarship (International Student Academic Scholarship) 2 Scholarship type
※ Scholarship will be paid to an individual account depending on individual grades. (The amount of the scholarship cannot exceed overall tuition fee)
3. Application Eligibility (Student who meets all the eligibility below)
- A Kyung Hee University (“KHU” from below) international students who is enrolled for a KHU regular undergraduate degree course at Seoul campus
- A student who meets the criteria for scholarship benefits in the KHU undergraduate scholarship regulations
- A student who earned more than 12 credits and have a grade of 3.0 or higher in previous regular semester.
- 2021 Spring Semester newcomers (including transfer newcomer students) are not eligible.
- Dual degree students, exchange students, government scholarship recipients (who receive tuition scholarship), students whose status are on leave of absence, complete of course or graduation deferred are not eligible for this scholarship.
4. Selection criteria
Preference will be given in the order of students who received high grade for the previous regular semester.
- The following criteria will be used for tie breaking
1) Students who acquired more credits in the previous regular semester.
2) Students who acquired a higher cumulative GPA in the previous regular semester.
3) Students who acquired more cumulative credits in the previous regular semester.
6. How to apply
- Apply on INFO 21 system and submit required documents via Email / post (All the required documents must arrive before the deadline, and if they are not arrived on time, your application will be cancelled).
