Guide to 2018 Spring semester Dormitory Expenses
1. Period of Staying : 2018.02.21~2018.06.26
Check-in Date: 2018.02.21-22 / Check-out Date: 2018.06.25-26
Please be sure to check in/ out between 09:00 to 12:00, 14:00 to 18:00, 20:00 to 21:00
2. Payment
International exchange student must pay through Office of International Affairs (본관#304)for SEHWA HALL
A. Period of payment : 2018. 02.16 - 02. 21 : only Fresh man
2018. 02.12 - 02. 15 : enrolled student, Returning student
The dormitory application will be canceled if not transfered dormitory fee within the payment dates. If there's any possibilities of delaying of payment, please E-mail us about the information. Thank you.
(Scholarship students with stipends are approved to pay in installments.
They must pay the required amount by the end of the first week of every month.)
B. Method for payment
Ø Name of bank: KEB Hana Bank
Ø Name of account holder: Kyung Hee University (GLOBALCENTER-DORM)
Ø Account number: 278-910015-83204
Ø Name of remitter: Name in English, as it appears on the student’s passport
* Note : Overseas Remittance is not allowed.

※ Students who need Dormitory Residence Certificate earlier can pay residential fee previously and are able to issued the certificate. (Contact Office of international affairs if you have question according to this.)
